Dear Jim: I think it more likely its the complex nature of the ENRON debacle that is holding that up. Same source that said WCOM execs getting it next week indicated ENRON was on the table too, and I HOPE Global Crossing. WCOM seems pretty simple, they out and out LIED then STOLE the money calling it a LOAN. JDN
