If so, that would prove Brinker does not believe in Jeff's "bubble retrace theory". Of course the reason could be he has never heard of it.

Of course if Bob could retrace backwards his "Buy Immediately Q-Call" (ie. "The QQQ Retrace"), he might be on to something <grn>

I don't know about you, but I'm going to be extremely conflicted if Bob issues a bulletin at this time.
