Started in New Orleans. At least that's where I first saw it a few decades ago. Chicken and biscuits and Cajun stuff. Po' boys, crawfish, shrimp. I've only had their chicken, biscuits, cole slaw, and red beans and rice, all of which are tasty. Nothing as healthy as spinach. They have them in California, but don't stop in unless you have arteries of steel.
