R. D. Couldn't agree with you more, charging WCOM
with fraud was publicized as if it was a remedy by SEC;
but the act has every appearance of a political smoke
screen to cover the escape of the guilty. Why should
SEC worry about another kick in the teeth meted out to
the victims?

Scottie sold 475,000 shares at 38.20 on 8/1/00, grossing
over $18 millions; Bernie exercised 1,163,544 @ 3.50 - 5.96
but did not sell 10/09/00. We'd have to go back a little further
to identify his sales. (Has he repayed the loan yet?)
