If companies which sell the infrastructure the use of which would allow Q to profit from royalties are any guide, the future of Q is in serious danger.

Look ERICY, penny stock. Alcatel downgraded to junk status. Look to NOK, LU and NT. Most of those companies will not see another Summer they will have to merge or go bankrupt.

If the future of CDMA or 3G would be bright those companies would be very hot today. How comes only Q is hot as you say if the potential users of its technology are with a foot in the grave another in the banana peel.
