RD, Bernie is very smart, he is still worth $550 million (search business week). How the hell he can get away with not "disgorging" the $$360 million "loan", I can't imagine. SEC is too busy pressing it's lucrative case against the present stockholders and employees of Worldcom to worry about its rich friend Bernie. I personally get on my knees and beg - any former worldcom holder to GET EVEN - the government can be dragged, kicking and screaming, into prosecuting even the richest of criminals. Let your senators and congressmen know you insist on punishment for the criminals. And, forget about "jails" with 72 holes, know what I mean? Best, SAF
