MSFT uses the Treasury Stock method of reporting diluted share count as does virtually every company that has dilution of earnings by stock options. Expensing or not expensing options has no affect on this method of determining diluted shares. This again was pointed out to you in an earlier post. Once again you lie and distort to further your biased agenda.
