Ray, seems like this cluster of stocks (Corbel/Teil incompleted merger and PCBM/AllPro incompleted spin-off) have been twisted up over Corbel's lack of finances. Hopefully Corbels' rumored change back to mandalay Transfer signifies that they can at least pay for transfer agent and auditor costs to move forward with their SB-2. IF escrow theory is correct and IF Corbel's business plan and the real estate options mentioned on their web site are sufficiently compelling, then things could start to work out nicely. I am counting on much of the rest of the year to see the legal drama play through. On the other hand, i do not think we've seen the last of the Adelphis/Worldcom/Wnron issues and I think getting out of PCBM any time this year is the right time to place recovered funds/profits into the rest of the market. As always, this is opinion and observation. I don't even think management has inside info about the future...
