Ork: There is a divergence in the BPNDX that is compelling and nobody I read has addressed it. During previous bottoms, the BPNDX bottomed at same time as NDX. The Spt. 21st reading of 1 was the bottom in price. Yet here we are off the recent BPNDX bottom of 7/3 at 8 and yet roughly 10% less in price now than registered on that date and the BPNDX seems to be rolling over now.
