There is nothing with the word "hydrogenated" on it in my house. But lots of people don't know.

Seems to me that this is an issue of regulatory burden. I don't see the added value of making all the manufacturers change their labels again so soon just to show the amount of trans fat. It's a lot cheaper and easier to just tell everyone to watch for "hydrogenated." The people who can't handle that or don't know, wouldn't get anything useful out of the label change anyway. I'd rather CSPI save its energies for something more useful.
