yup, I agree with that. I bought a little CSCO on Thursday(amat and QCOM too) and held them for a couple of hours to make .50 on each. I'll be looking for some serious bottoming action on CSCO and AMAT to buy and then I will go with the covered call strategy to reduce the cost basis. I am thinking that we have about 12 more months of downward trend (with interspersed bear market rallies) and then some sideways action before the trend changes.
