hello eric and frank: eric, the stories i hear are just like the one you just shared with us. lots of energy expended to get your respective funds back. many insiders believe excel used the cash for other purposes which is a real no no..... a quick refund now to frank and i believe 3 others would put this unsubstantiated rumor to bed. i'm sure it has been a very tough time for excel as all of their deals (vse and nasdaq) that i know of are in the dumps.... but still no excuse is justification for frank's treatment..... i wish both frank and excel the best, but only for excel after they refund frank's money.... good luck frank, all of the KINGS are in your corner. buddy
