The BAY/PAAS merger has been "modified once" to the detriment of BAY shareholders. No knowing if this "merger" will close "as is" either. It certainly has taken a beating these last few days, rather viciously in fact.
It hit C$2.75 on Friday if memory serves. That's pretty miserable, and appears that all "merger premium" has fled this stock, like the surging hoard of pump and dump gamblers, which have moved on to WTC and CKG and other P&Ds.
