Ed,

Do you think this Judge Sweet would be open to shareholder comments regarding their experience with Joe Murphy and DCI?

If so, do you have any numbers to call for inquiry or addresses if you know the court would be open to shareholder input.

Being a civil action, I would think that any such signed correspondence (even unsworn) may be influential to the Judge's decision.

Just because it isn't Enron or Global Crossing doesn't mean that there weren't serious losses to shareholders due to misinformation.
