Do you [or anyone] know how much money there is in the world? If all the US$, Yen, Marks, Pounds, Francs, Kiwi/Oz/Hong Kong etc dollars, and all the other currencies, were added up, how many actual US$ in today's valuations would there be?

I suppose some of them are missing in action [burned in house fires, lost in washing machines, hidden in briefcases which were hidden by somebody now dead, etc, etc]. But there must be some total somewhere of how much money is actually 'out there'.
