Who? PR is very self serving ???????????? Brooker said the Company General Counsel will amend that complaint Monday, naming as principal defendant an individual residing Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Company will strike several previously named defendants in the case, including D. J. Johanning and Carla. S. Hohenhouse. "We withheld serving any defendant a summons in this case while we gathered more evidence as to the actual identities of a number of the 'John Doe' defendants. One reason why we took that measure was to assure that no innocent party is held to answer while we sort out the issues of identity."
