Hate to rain on your parade, but my reading of the Illinois AG's press release is that it will drastically slow down TMG's recruiting drive if they abide by the terms of the agreement. There are 12 specific points to reign in and eliminate the NFLI "Instant Executive Program". On July 12th the company said that the elimination of that program "could have a material adverse effect on its financial results". I don't see why all you people on this thread are getting excited about the earnings going forward.
