Metavante has made several acquisitions in the last year or so, Cyberbills, Derivion, PayTrust, and now Spectrum and they have never once released any details of these transactions. Additionally M&I does not breakout the numbers for Metavante in their financial statements. I'm certain there is a very good reason for all the secret deals and hidden numbers. Perhaps it has something to do with the underwhelming success of Metavante in this area?
