Bob- That is correct. No deal "as of now" but they are still talking with NAE so a deal is still possible in the future. This is the second time I have spoken to this UPR representive. The first was in early May. I waited this long to try call back since I am invested in NAE not UPR. These guys are busy enough running their own company. I think we should be getting these answers from the company we are invested in. The way NAE has been treating its shareholders is inexplicable. Some of us got into this company in Jan and Feb at around a dollar and have seen our investment dwindle up to 90 percent. We were willing to risk (and yes we knew it was going to be risky) our money on a start up company with an interesting piece of technology for finding oil/mineral deposits. They have drilled the two test wells using this technology and the results are surely known. I think the company owes it to its shareholders to at least give us an explaination why they won't divulge the test well results. I appreciated the UPR rep taking the time to speak to me again. I feel a bit more positive about holding the remaining 11 percent of the investment I have on NAE. I will wait for the results.
