I don't want to rehash a subject you obviously have no understanding of.

You need to chill........it was clear in our discussion exactly how limited you are in this arena.

As a CPA who specialized in real estate transactions, set up and maintained many, many limited parterships, I'm pretty confident in my knowledge (again, our earlier dispute was simply over the meaning of the term "liability", which you obviously didn't quite understand and distinguish from "liability exposure"--two different things; as an amateur, I don't think anyone would necessarily expect you to understand these terms).

I clearly understood the term liability......you limit your understanding of liability to servicing debt. Had you operated limited partnerships instead of auditing them, you would understand that liability for the gen. partner extends beyond debt liability. Infuriating as your arrogance is in this matter, you then have the audacity to turn around and claim I don't know about what I am talking.

And suddenly now, you are a CPA specializing in real estate transactions. First you were in software, then accounting in general and now you specialize in real estate........maybe we need to see your resume to discern fact from fiction.
