yeah I know all about them. Made a bunch of money in them last year in fact.

Here's what they do- they automate services in your enterprise. Professional services if you have a dept that does that, or in an IT org they automate projects/staff. They were the leader in that niche at one point, but as far as existing as a standalone company in this environment for software, now? I don't know... sebl will probably take it since its related to CRM. The development team and mgmt is from Oracle and really knows how to build enterprise apps, they did a good job. They have some great customers in Coke etc.

I don't know their financial picture now. They used to have a bunch of cash but if they aren't cash flow positive or close to it I'd stay away, the mkt isn't running up these little stocks that aren't profitable. As a software speculation, probably a good one (if cash is ok) but at these levels you can probably do better buying sebl on margin... tough call
