You guys, I gather you are a rightie, continue to get it wrong. The choice is not between political biased and unbiased; the choice is between media in which the primary, if only, goal is to be a political instrumentality--Washington Time and Fox; and media in which the goal is to do good journalism but is, without question, always implicitly political. The latter is committed to getting the story right but readers can expect to see, in the frame and in the adjectives, some evidence of the social positioning of the writer. In the former, there is much less concern with getting the story right and much more concern with the political impact.

I prefer folks committed to getting the story right.
