UMHI Shareholders Choose New Board THURSDAY , JULY 11, 2002 11:17 AM Universal Media Holdings Inc (OTCBB: UMHI) released an 8-K today reporting a Change in Control of the Company. The Change stems from the failure of past management to meet conditions in the Management Agreement executed on March 27, 2002. On July 2, 2002 owners of a majority of voting securities voted to appoint a new Board as follows: - James W.
