UMHI Deregisters 1M Shares THURSDAY , JULY 11, 2002 12:26 PM Universal Media Holdings Inc (OTCBB: UMHI) filed an S-8 POS today, deregistering 1,000,000 shares of common stock previously registered for Frank Corino, pursuant to a Consulting Agreement, dated 5/31/2002. The shares issued to Mr. Corino in an S-8 on 6/11/2002, are being deregistered due to his failure to perform the duties contained in the Consulting Agreement. .
