BRIEFING.COM --- "13 to 1 up versus down volume (9 to 1 indicates extreme buy interest) 14:55 ET Market Internals - While total volume traded isn't as strong as it could be, market internals are decidedly bullish. Advancing volume outpaces declining volume by roughly 13 to 1 on both the NYSE and the Nasdaq. A reading above 9 to 1 is generally taken to signify extreme buy interest.
