Hi Bill, This stock has such strong resistance when it hits or gets close to 27, that its going to take a powerful move to break thru and stay above it. The one thing I can see doing that is, getting FDA approval on C2B8 and Eric Heicht from ML putting their strong buy recommendation on IDPH. What do you think?
