In my case, I prefer the MyCheckFree.com site over the site used my bank (BofA) for a number of reasons.

Here are the advantages of using MyCheckFree.com:
1) Ability to specify the payment date rather than the processing date of a payment
2) Additional billers available at MyCheckFree.com
3) MyCheckFree.com sends a comprehensive email when a bill is available while BofA sends none
4) Ability to pay a bill from multiple payment accounts (I don't use this feature)
