I can easily agree with this, and it basically lines up with what I've been saying: that an invasion will not be a good idea unless the administration can make a clear and irrefutable case that it is necessary - a necessary precondition to persuading other countries to participate - and unless there is a clear and achievable plan for installing an acceptable government (meaning acceptable to us, acceptable to the Iraqis, and capable of governing) and preventing Iraq from breaking apart.
