<It appears that Iraq will launch a first strike into Kuwait if Saddam believes that US will build up and attack. Recent polls show the majority Kuwaitis chant death to America along with the rest of the Arabs. Apparently, they already forgot they are only alive right now because of the U.S. It looks like they will soon learn to like us again.
