I still have a lot of upper body strength, even though I am not in good shape in general. Plus, my son is 18, and a big boy. She mainly has to empty certain of the boxes, though recently she did some heavy lifting to spare my shoulder. I have taken on the brunt of the move, doing most of the packing and so forth, but I am winding down.......
