Good input, I think PVE O&G trust also has a con deb and do some of the real estate companies...As far as long term borrowing vrs short term, I've always found it better to go short term, since the immediate savings mitigate the potential of the increase by about 3 % points, as long as you have good credit and are not worried about getting it called.
