In fact, I see semiconductor manufacturing trending this way for all but the largest corporations. I notice, however, that Motorola is now "out of the loop" with AMD. It probably was a better match, if Motorola wasn't doing so poorly now. But I guess partnering with a foundry and a DRAM manufacturer is better than nothing. wbmw
