SEATTLE (Dow Jones)--Internap Network Services Corp. (INAP) received notice from the Nasdaq National Market that its common share price isn't in compliance with listing requirements for a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 during a 90-day period.

In a press release Tuesday, the company said it requested a hearing to review Nasdaq's determination to delist its common shares.

Under Nasdaq rules, the scheduled delisting will be stayed pending the outcome of the hearing.

Shares of Internap closed Monday at 18 cents. Shares hit a 52-week low of 15 cents on July 3, down from a 52-week high of $2.09 on July 31, 2001.
