I had frequently wondered about those site fees. It had occurred to me several times that they might actually be Elgindy's main means of support. And the whole image that he had made untold millions shorting and was running the site as a kinda hobby... well I wondered sometimes if that was total BS. Anybody know exactly how much NET assets got seized in the end? Assets minus debt? My impression is that he didn't have more than a couple Mill in net worth. LESS than a lot of his site members. I mean, $650k in Lebanon isn't pocket change, but it wouldn't finance a high lifestyle for long either.
