Spoke with Bear Sterns From Yahoo board by: michbob25 Long-Term Sentiment: Strong Buy 07/30/02 12:19 pm Msg: 421641 of 421705 He told me INSP is scaling back on the wireless unit capital expend. NJ is not as optimistic as before. Concerning lawsuits, they are spending about 3 Mil. a qtr. NJ will never settle. Thinks eventually the suits will be dropped. Feels the stock is very undervalued. Says his model shows this stock, just with its two profitable units should trade about $4. INSP feels they could be profitable w/ about 36 mil. a qtr. He feels that will be 1st qtr. next of yr. In turn it should reflect inthe stock price. INSP feels they have a few excite deals in the works. So valuations could change shortly. Rumors have it MSFT paid over $100 mil. for the VZ contract. NJ will never step down and concerning a buyback. NJ said why would he use the companys funds to buy back when he could do it himself. So he said expect NJ to buy shares back. Also we will see more coverage of the stock after the split. Many firms dropped coverage due to the fact they are trading under a dollar. I asked him if INSP will be restating any no. He said there books are very clean and he cannot see that at all. Concerning being taken over. No chance that's only a pipe dream. NJ has no intentions of selling or going private.
