Can't say though I do find it interesting how defensive everyone on the qcom threads is about this issue. At least investors are worried, which is better than the complacency seen previously. Still, I don't know how anyone can make such a positive assertion about who will pay royalties, given that (1) it's a rumor and (2) it's not even known what's planned. Suppose they're working on a new interface that doesn't use qcom patents, for example... -g Cheers! Rob
