Lizzie, IT buyers are so conservative these days that the fact that 9iAS trails so badly in market share is a negative. I would guess, but do not know, that 9iAS is not well optimized for DB/2 and SQL server applications. Oracle also has to deal with it conflicts with the application vendors. I don't think SAP and Siebel bend over backwards to ensure that Oracle gets fully supported. Paul
