Here is the PDF on Bell Resources and a scroll down gives a pile of info on Bryan Lake.

I called Bell today and they said Bryan Lake was their main thing at this point but didn't say much else. No big sell and usual hyperbole and hype so maybe not a complete con. Probably not assuming Zappa will be a future partner. Didn't seem in any big hurry to talk with a Zappa shareholder.
