As far as I know though, he does take his astro readings very seriously, and there has been some serious work on the subject of using planetary alignments, sunspots, etc, etc to help one time the market. The basis behind this is the theory that since we are all affected to some degree by our solar system's weather, this trickles down into influencing people's emotions which in turn can influence their trading one way or the other.... In fact we had one guy on the old bulletin boards who developed a proprietary method of using planetary positions to forecast the market, and he was correct about 80% of the time. Others are terrible at it, so it's a combination of art and science, just like standard technical analysis IMO.
