I noticed, starting yesterday, that when you do Edit Annotations that a new window is spawned. It used to re-use the same window if you already had an Edit Annotations window open. It is not a big deal, but a minor annoyance that you get a whole lot of open windows to close.

Does anybody know anything about this? Is there some reason for it?
