Nice article and imo I think this rally still has legs. But it really depends whose numbers you use. The declines mentioned in this article may be true. But I believe a truer test of bear market bottoms is p/e ratios near the bottom. The percentage decline from the top is not as significant, especially if the top was more significantly over valued. Imo it comes down to whose earnings estimates you are going to use. I think the earnings this author sites are excessive. Have we seen "the" bottom. I doubt it.
