MSFT uses the Treasury Stock method of reporting diluted share count as does virtually every company that has dilution of earnings by stock options.

and that number of companies that uses this flawed method is getting smaller all the time, two companies a day are now announcing that they will no longer deceive investors with the "treasury stock method" of reporting ESO's......

as soon as you figure out why they are changing, it will be too late for you as a MSFT shareholder.....

your losses now should have woken you the heck up, but some people are a little more dense than others....
