I was reading Marginmikes Time article about housing, it mentions Tucson as one of the hottest of hot markets up 17% during last year or so. That sucks, I wanted to move there, and was hoping housing would stay cheap..

my fear is that people fleeing california will not find Tucson housing expensive, therefore keep the prices high, even while places like SF might see a housing decline...

Do you have any opinion about the Tucson Housing market? I hope you say you think it will crash<g>, I myself am not so sure...
