I haven't followed it closely, but the same forces drive the Tucson market that drive the Phoenix market. Lots of retirees, not as robust a job base. If we get a decent housing bubble implosion, prices there will come in same as everywhere else, and maybe more since a lot of folks have their 2nd home there. If you can wait 12-18 months to buy, I think you'll be happy (all just MHO as a housing bear, of course!)
