Just a comment, but I have heard it reported that prejudice against Blacks is more prevalent in the North than the South. As for corporate fraud I have to agree with you. Bank robbers normally get harsher sentences than convicted white collar criminals especially if someone is killed in the robbery. However in extreme cases of fraud I would consider the perpetrator just as guilty of murder for someone who committed suicide because they had been completely wiped out. I see no reason why such individuals should not be stripped of their wealth and receive some tough love from Scarface in the state penitentiary. * * *
