It's even got 2 stories, and a BATHROOOM!<G> realtor.com ...or we can kick it up a notch....lessee what a cool million clownbux gets you: realtor.com Livable, but it ain't the Ritz (about 3X more expensive than the Scottsdale equivalent, give or take....right on a par with Sili Valley I'd say).
