BTW, you're not going to believe this but that same "Bank reform act" that languished for 10 years until the Republicans controlled both the house and senate and had Clinton on the ropes, also

Allows a Bank to start a Home construction company with federally insured funds, use those funds to buy land in the middle of nowhere, put in a thousand homes, use government money to pay off themselves, and a huge profit and start all over again.

Without any of this having to appear on the balance sheet.

Have you ever heard of Enron Construction?
