I think we need to respect definitions here, and respect the fact that Allan is defining his timeframes (something too few people here do). Allan and Shack have more or less previously defined a "wiggle" as a movement in a chart of less than a 15-minute timeframe. In other words, movements in 1, 5, and 10-minute charts are "wiggles," and movements in 15-minute, hourly, daily, etc., charts are not "wiggles."

When one tries to make comparisons to the movements Allan is speaking of and weekly or monthly movements, it is no wonder he is frustrated in trying to get his point across because his post didn't concern larger timeframes.
