This pathetic whining and endless justifications of why the government should subsidize your living expenses makes me sick.

The fact that you may pay taxes like most other citizens of this country in no way justifies your eating at the public welfare trough. Stop your sniveling.

If the gain on homes is not taxed, mortgage interest and other homeowner expenses should not be deductible.
If these expenses are deductible, the gain on sale should be taxable.
The same tax policy should apply to all investments.

A socialist welfare program for homeowners merely distorts the markets and weakens the country to keep a bunch of welfare parasites happy and voting.
