Hi rrufff ....... Personally, I would not buy until insider management buys. I was really disapointed back in January to see no insider buying. The fact that they did not perceive OCCF as a bargain at $1.20 said it all. As for its current .20 - .22 price -- I would never have suspected it would go this low. I thought .60 - .80 maybe.
